We would love to hear from you
Whether you have spotted something we should fix, want to suggest a topic, or just want to tell us an article helped, you are welcome to get in touch with the Skin & Care team using the form below.
Good reasons to write to us
- Corrections — if you notice an error, an outdated claim or a broken link in any article, please tell us. Accuracy matters to us, and we review every correction report and update the article where needed.
- Topic suggestions — a skin, hair or beauty question you wish someone would explain properly? Suggest it. Many of our best articles start as reader questions.
- General feedback — what you found useful, what was confusing, and what you would like to see more of.
- Business enquiries — questions about advertising, partnerships or use of our content.
What to expect
We read every message that comes in. We are a small site rather than a big company with a support desk, so replies can take a little time, and during busy periods we may not be able to answer every message individually — but corrections and genuine questions are always prioritised, and nothing is ignored on purpose.
One thing we cannot do
We cannot give personal medical or skincare advice by message. Skin and hair concerns depend on your own history, health and circumstances, and it would not be responsible for anyone to assess them without examining you. If you have a personal concern — especially anything severe, persistent, painful or changing — please consult a dermatologist or your doctor. Our articles can help you understand a topic in general terms, but they are not a substitute for professional care.
Thank you for reading Skin & Care, and for taking the time to write.
